Merrick Terra Connect provides property acquisition and property management services for non-residents and diaspora clients, including:
Facilitating the search, due diligence, and purchase of properties in Ghana.
Providing a web-based platform for remote property management.
Acting as your authorized representative with local professionals in Ghana.
3. User Accounts
User accounts for the Platform are not created via public registration. Access is granted exclusively by Merrick Terra Connect administrators to clients who have formally engaged our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Fees and Payment
Acquisition Services: Fees detailed in separate Buyer's Agreement.
Management Services: Percentage of monthly rental income or fixed fee.
All fees quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property
